Dana Montgomery, a native Carolinian, proud FAMUAN and even prouder mom to Diona presents Baddie Bawse Inc.

Women of color have been creating businesses in record numbers. I founded Baddie Bawse as an avenue to provide consulting expertise to women entrepreneurs of color. As I’ve worked with a number of you, a light bulb went off and I just had to merge your amazing creations into the Baddie Bawse Boutique. The items featured in the boutique all have at least 1 women entrepreneur embedded in the supply chain. This helps keep our dollar circulating in the community longer. With over 13 years of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on procurement, program management, governance and IT trends I’m excited to enable small business owners who are looking to formalize their ideas into legacy building enterprises. My industry experience is vast and spans across including utilities, travel, hospitality, nuclear energy and consumer products. I’ve traveled all across the US to service clients and looking forward to building our ecosystem in a city near you and virtually on our platform.

I’ve been entrusted to mobilized and lead teams for programs ranging as high as $300 Million dollars in annual spend, yet deep in my heart I maintain a passion for entrepreneurship. Fresh out of college I opened my first retail operation: A kiosk in the mall. Low and behold the economy suffered the worse downturn since the Great Depression in 2008 and the business didn’t survive.

However all of the lessons are engrained and apart of the Build, Brain and Elevate methodology I use for Baddie Bawse Inc. clients. Today, Dana runs a successful online boutique AllForNala and invest in other entrepreneurs growth via Baddie Bawse Inc.
